We've been using the Lumia 610 for a couple days, and it feels like a decent device for any price point. While it doesn't come with the sleek unibody design of the Lumia 800 and 900, it has a spacious touch screen and up-to-date internals to provide a solid Windows Phone experience for the entry-level market.
