4G LTE BlackBerry PlayBook will be priced at $550

LTE BlackBerry PlayBook will reportedly cost $550 off-contract and $350 with a three-year data contract. In other words, it will be dead on arrival.

If RIM wants to actually sell this thing, they need to price the 4G version at $250 and offer it free on three-year contract. Seriously, who is going to buy a PlayBook when they can get the Nexus 7 for $200?
