'Scuffgate' is normal, says Phil Schiller

9to5Mac received an email exchange between Phil Schiller, Apple SVP of Marketing, and a disappointed iPhone 5 buyer about the whole Scuffgate issue. Here's what Phil wrote:

Any aluminum product may scratch or chip with use, exposing its natural silver color. That is normal.
